Here is some information regarding the Advance that you will need to know.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS
This year’s Fall Advance is at the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort, which is located within Stone Mountain Park. Note: this is a different hotel than the one we have used in prior years.

PARKING
The hotel is within Stone Mountain Park. When you get to the entry gate of Stone Mountain Park, please let them know that you are with Harbor Light Fellowship, and they will waive the park entry fee.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
If you want to take advantage of the shuttle from the Atlanta Airport to the Advance site on Friday and/or Sunday, please click HERE to give us your flight information. We will contact you with available shuttle times.
REGISTRATION
Registration at the hotel will be open from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm EDT on Friday, October 3rd, 2025.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a Bible, notebook, toiletries, warm clothes, rain gear or umbrella, bathing suit (the hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor pool – please note that the hotel does not provide lifeguards). There is a general store in the hotel with basic toiletries, if needed.
MEAL INFORMATION
The registration fee covers dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast and a boxed lunch on Sunday.
Please bring with you any special food items, if needed (dietary needs, baby food, etc.).
If you indicated that you will be joining us for dinner on Friday evening, please be sure to arrive in time for the seating at 6:30 pm. If you will not arrive before 6:30 pm on Friday, please do not indicate that you will join us for dinner. Also, please let us know if you intend to take a boxed lunch on Sunday so that we can prepare the appropriate amount.
CHILDREN
There will be Children’s Fellowship available for children between the ages of 3 and 12 during the daytime teaching sessions.
There will be a “cozy corner” space available for parents with children under 3 years old. This is a space where your small children can play and the parents can listen to the daytime teachings.
The Children’s Fellowship teachers will reach out to parents with more details.
ROVING
If you choose to put one or more of your children to sleep in your hotel room during the evening teachings, there will be believers serving as “rovers”. You can click HERE for the Roving Information form to indicate any needs that your child may have. The believers who are roving will walk by and listen for the children and follow the instructions noted. We will come find the parents in the meeting as needed. Parents, we will contact you with more details regarding Roving.
BOOKSTORE
A bookstore will be made available if you would like to purchase books, music, audio teachings and more.
HOUSE OF HIS HEALING PRESENCE
A room will be available to everyone to go to get peaceful and pray. A prayer list will be in the room that you can add to if you like so that other believers can pray with you. This is a wonderful opportunity to have a quiet space to talk to the Father and lift any needs to Him. The prayer room will be open at all times except during the fellowship meetings.
