Like-minded Hearts

Lifestyle of a Believer The Great Mystery Greenkill Conference Center Chatten, Bob 04/14/2007 04/14/2007

This teaching highlights several examples demonstrating what unity is supposed to look like with believers agreeing on the Mystery while being united in love as the One Body of Christ. God has supplied His family with a written standard, the Word of God, and the head of the Body, Christ Jesus, to lead us so we can be likeminded and glorify God together even though we are different as individuals. Like-mindedness in believing God’s Word results in unity, answered prayer, gladness, fellowship, outreach, boldness, and meeting of needs, as well as receiving and manifesting God’s power, grace, deliverance, and joy. This is music to God’s heart!

Some records are covered showing how Peter and other believers in the first-century Church walked by the spirit and operated the nine manifestations of the spirit in different situations in the Church. The totality of the new nature of Christ within us is explained. Bob identifies the keys to walking by the spirit and the fruit of the spirit in the records he covers; there was great deliverance in these records which brought about great movement of the Word.

The Two Natures in the Sons of God

The New Birth Renewed Mind Greenkill Conference Center Chatten, Bob 06/28/2016 06/28/2016

This teaching is about the battle of the senses versus revelation faith. Bob talks about the battle we are in between the two natures we have from the two seeds we are born with. He explains these two natures, the old man nature and the new man nature, and tells us about the fruit each nature produces. Finally, we are taught to cultivate the kind of fruit we want in our lives by aligning the thoughts we think and actions we take to the Word, thus becoming more Christ like and walking as God’s sons.

Intercessory Prayer: Standing in the Gap

Jesus Christ’s Example Leadership and Service Old Testament Examples Prayer Greenkill Conference Center Chatten, Bob 05/02/2015 05/02/2015

This teaching is about praying with intercession, using our access to God, on behalf of the believers. It talks about us, as sons of God, standing in the gap with prayer for one another. Jesus Christ, Moses, and Samuel are given as examples as well as Epaphras’ laboring fervently in intercession for the believers in the New Testament. We are told that everything works together for good because of prayer in the spirit, which is speaking in tongues.
