This teaching is about Jesus Christ’s second coming which has two parts, Christ coming for his Church and Christ coming back with his Church. It covers how there is no consciousness in death and the wrath to come which the believers will not be subject to. It tells how we are to walk because Jesus Christ is coming back and how we are to live in light of the hope of Christ’s return.

It goes over how to stand against the wiles of the devil and the six different parts of the armor of God which we can put on in the renewed mind, for the battlefield is in the mind. We are then exhorted to pray, how to pray, and what we should pray for in the One Body of Christ.

God shows His physical masterpiece in the perfectly, harmoniously ordered universe. In Ephesians, we see His spiritual masterpiece in a group of people, the Church, that are set in a perfect order and relationship to each other by God’s design. As the heavens declare God’s glory, the Church shows forth God’s glory as each member walks in the great Mystery, the One Body. The teacher shows the three walks in Ephesians, Chapter 5 and the three examples of those walks to teach us how to live the Mystery.

But God…
Deliverance Overcoming Fear Hasbrouck Heights VFW (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) Chatten, Bob 01/24/2010
We face many challenges in life but, as 2 Corinthians 1:10 says, our God has delivered in the past, is delivering in the present, and has promised to deliver us in the future. As we look to Him and believe His Word, He becomes whatever we need Him to become for us. One of the greatest phrases in the Bible is “But God…” For every attack and pressure that we suffer, for every weakness and failure on our part, there’s a “But God…” in response: But God delivers, but God heals, but God forgives, but God is present, and so forth. In this teaching we look at some different situations and circumstances believers faced in the Bible and God’s deliverance in response.
