This final teaching in Jerry’s series on healing takes place in the week following the 2023 Atlanta Fall Advance. He goes through Psalm 107 and teaches that the Word of God and the love of God, when combined, are the greatest healing reality there is. We also see how loving of a God that our God is. As we believe God’s Word and walk in love, we bring healing to our lives and to the lives of those we interact with.

When we give of our abundance, our hearts, and our time, we receive back. Then, continuing one of the topics from the opening teaching of this series, the teacher looks at the importance of being around like-minded believers who can pray for, minister to, help, and share fully with you and who you can do the same for.

There is no profit to condemning ourselves. This teaching looks at how condemnation hurts us, but forgiving ourselves and others greatly contributes to our health mentally, physically, and spiritually. We are taught to accept God’s forgiveness as well as other things that are freely given to us.

Our confession needs to be what the Word of God says. This teaching focuses on continuing to confess the Word no matter our circumstances or feelings. We need to agree with the Word and develop a habit of confessing it when we are attacked physically, mentally, or spiritually. The teacher goes over some things that we can confess, that we will receive when we don’t faint, and how we are to speak the Word to ourselves and then to others.

The previous teaching in this series discusses what praying with understanding has to do with healing, and this teaching follows it up by covering what speaking in tongues, which is praying in the spirit, has to do with healing. Then, we look at trusting in God and being sure in His willingness and ability which leads to having peace. These things will help heal our hearts, souls, and minds.

We are instructed to put on the mind of Christ, to know the Word of God and have the habit of holding it in your mind. Then, the teacher goes over how prayer has so much to do with seeing and manifesting God’s healing wholeness in our lives. We are to develop a relationship with God by praying and believing and to spend time talking to Him and learning about Him. These things help us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
