2026 Florida Advance – Colossians 2:2

Love The Great Mystery Treetops Park (Davie, FL) Various Teachers 02/28/2026 03/01/2026
The theme of our second Florida Advance was Colossians 2:2: “That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ” and highlighted the different parts of that verse: the comfort of God, the love of God, having a knowledge and understanding of God’s Word, and the unity that comes from the Mystery. The fact that the majority of the believers present from across Florida and other states were either native Spanish speakers or bilingual in English and Spanish led to an unusual feature of this weekend. The Saturday and Sunday morning sessions were conducted in English with simultaneous translations into Spanish, while the Saturday evening session was conducted in Spanish with simultaneous translation into English. (For the sharings in Spanish here on the website we have provided a written translation in English.)

A Few Things About Marriage – Audio
A Few Things About Marriage
Marriage, Family, and Children The Great Mystery The Fellowlaborers’ House (Milltown, NJ) Armstrong, Joe 06/21/2025
In the first part of this teaching, Rev. Armstrong sets God’s heart for marriage and the importance of following His design for it instead of the world’s. He covers how the marriage relationship is to be a living example of the Great Mystery in action, with the husband and wife’s roles being different but complementary, just as it is with the members of the Body of Christ. In the second part, he covers three things that can ruin a marriage: anger, lack of forgiveness and selfishness; and then three things that can bless a marriage: edifying words, kindness and unconditional love.

The One Body: Ambassadors for Christ
The Great Mystery Witnessing and Undershepherding New Life Island (Upper Black Eddy, PA) Shaak, Erin 08/17/2024
This teaching looks at how we work together as a Body to make God’s will of having “all men to be saved, and come unto the knowledge of the truth” come to pass. First, you are needed. Each believer has an important role in bringing God’s will to pass. Be an ambassador for Christ wherever you are, and don’t allow schisms in the Body. Second, you have what you need. We give people the Word which always works, the same power what was in Christ, and the authority that comes with the ministry of reconciliation.
