We are so blessed that you will be joining us and to get to share this wonderful time together.
Here is some information regarding the Advance that you will need to know.
Registration will be open on Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
LOCATION, DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
When you get to the entry gate of Stone Mountain Park, please let them know that you are with Harbor Light Fellowship and they will waive the park entry fee.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a Bible, notebook, toiletries, warm clothes, rain gear or umbrella, bathing suit (the pool may be open, weather permitting). There is a general store in the hotel with basic toiletries, if needed.
The registration fee covers dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast and a boxed lunch on Sunday.
Please bring with you any special food items, if needed (your dietary needs, baby food, etc.) that you may require beyond what is provided at the meals.
If you indicated that you will be joining us for dinner on Friday evening, please be sure to arrive in time for the seating at 6:30 pm.
FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN
There will be Children’s Fellowship available for children between the ages of 3 and 12 during the main teaching sessions.
There will be a “cozy corner” space available for parents with children under 3 years old. This is a space where your small children can play and you, as parents, can listen to the daytime teachings.
If you choose to put one or more of your smaller children to sleep in your hotel room during the evening teachings, there will be believers serving as “rovers” to notify parents if a child wakes up and needs help.
Parents, we will be contacting you with more details regarding Roving and Children’s Fellowship.
A bookstore will be made available if you would like to purchase books, music, audio teachings and more.
