Being Strong in God’s Grace

Sonship Rights Greenkill Conference Center Cahill, Chrissy 06/24/2019 06/24/2019

In this teaching, being strong in God’s grace is broken down into remembering what we’ve received, how to be strong in grace in our own lives, and how to be strong in grace towards others. Grace is unmerited divine favor. We have God’s grace, but we have to accept it. Grace has been freely given to us; we don’t deserve it, we can’t earn it, and we can’t repay it. God is not waiting for us to pay Him back for the power on high we’ve received. It is a free gift to us from God, and we are worth the price He paid. Paul said “by the grace of God I am what I am.” His physical credentials did not make him spiritually strong. We’ve already been judged righteous. We are going to be the most blessed when we are strong in God and not in ourselves. We can reign in life even without lots of money, social media, or fancy cars. We are free, and when we walk in grace, we walk in light of that freedom. Other people need this freedom too. We need to stop being so hard on ourselves and other people because, at the end of the day, we are all “grace cases.” When we forget God’s grace, we are going to be the one to cast that first stone. We want to be strong in God’s grace, to minister grace, and to find grace to help in time of need.

No Fear in Love, We are Sons

Overcoming Fear Sonship Rights Mountain Top Inn and Resort Waite, Michelle 11/03/2018 11/03/2018

Fear is the enemy of believing, and, wherever there is fear, we cannot have believing. As soon as fear was introduced, God gave the plan of salvation so that sonship could be available. This teaching looks at many verses containing the word “Father” which describes God as a nourisher, protector, and upholder. When we are assured of God’s perfect love and spiritual sonship, it melts the fear from our hearts. Jesus Christ was an example of someone who was completely sure of his sonship and God’s love for him. He was able to be fearless in the midst of terrifying situations. We can also have peaceful seas in our hearts when we look to God. We have access to God Almighty into the throne of His grace. We can quiet ourselves down when we remind ourselves of God’s Word including our incorruptible sonship and God’s unfaltering love.

Followers of Jesus Christ

Sonship Rights Greenkill Conference Center Zolezzi, Steve 06/27/2018 06/27/2018

This teaching is about how following Jesus Christ – the way, the truth, and the life – is the logical choice for our lives. It also looks at some examples of how people followed Jesus Christ in the Old Testament, the Gospels, and the current Grace Administration. Jesus Christ is God’s chosen leader of all of humanity; he beat the adversary, sin, sickness, and death and passed that victory on to us. We are to walk in his steps by believing and applying God’s Word. We lead people to Christ when we are following Christ and others follow us. We can bring deliverance to God’s people and make a spiritual impact with our lives when we believe in who we are in Christ as more than conquerors.

Romans 8: More than Conquerors

Sonship Rights Walking with God Greenkill Conference Center Gilmore, Michael 06/26/2018 06/26/2018

This teaching dives into Romans, Chapter 8 and some of the context leading up to it. If we live the things in Romans as individuals, then we can live as one body as outlined in Ephesians. It is about how God wants us to live our lives as being more than conquerors. It also addresses getting rid of condemnation, the “Abba, Father” relationship we have with God, and how to walk spiritually. Death rules in the world today, but it doesn’t apply to us. We are dead to sin because Jesus Christ beat sin. The thing that differentiates us from people in the world is holy spirit. We can walk in grace and power as sons of God. Life or death, it is up to each one of us to decide moment by moment. The life as a super-conqueror is not available in the flesh. The more we focus on the spirit and the accomplishments of Jesus Christ, the more we walk in life and have unlimited possibilities.
