Witnesses of Our Message

Witnessing and Undershepherding New Life Island (Upper Black Eddy, PA) Mercado, Dean 08/18/2024

Before the teaching, Eliana Rosa performed her song, “Speak”, and Shannan Solazzo, Hannah Sarnak, and Dylan Dearman performed the song “Railway Cars”.
The teacher begins by reading the letter that was sent out to announce the camp. Then, he recaps the other teachings from throughout the weekend. We aren’t just messengers since we partake in the message that we hold forth. We are reminded that speaking in tongues is a great witness and that God works in you.

Don’t Wait for Someone Else to Do It

Lifestyle of a Believer Witnessing and Undershepherding New Life Island (Upper Black Eddy, PA) Hanan, Patrick 08/17/2024

God gets things done by working in people, including us. This teaching emphasizes that being an ambassador is our job, so we should go and do it. Do the work with diligence; do it right and do it now. The teacher warns that there will always be a reason not to do the Word, but the reason will never be good enough. We are equipped so, when you see a need, run to take care of it. When God tells you to do something, run to do it. You will never regret doing the Word.

The One Body: Ambassadors for Christ

The Great Mystery Witnessing and Undershepherding New Life Island (Upper Black Eddy, PA) Shaak, Erin 08/17/2024

This teaching looks at how we work together as a Body to make God’s will of having “all men to be saved, and come unto the knowledge of the truth” come to pass. First, you are needed. Each believer has an important role in bringing God’s will to pass. Be an ambassador for Christ wherever you are, and don’t allow schisms in the Body. Second, you have what you need. We give people the Word which always works, the same power what was in Christ, and the authority that comes with the ministry of reconciliation.
