The theme of our second Florida Advance was Colossians 2:2: “That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ” and highlighted the different parts of that verse: the comfort of God, the love of God, having a knowledge and understanding of God’s Word, and the unity that comes from the Mystery. The fact that the majority of the believers present from across Florida and other states were either native Spanish speakers or bilingual in English and Spanish led to an unusual feature of this weekend. The Saturday and Sunday morning sessions were conducted in English with simultaneous translations into Spanish, while the Saturday evening session was conducted in Spanish with simultaneous translation into English. (For the sharings in Spanish here on the website we have provided a written translation in English.)

The 2025 Atlanta Fall Advance took place over a weekend, from October 3rd through the 5th, at Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The theme for the weekend was “Seated in the Heavenlies”. Ephesians 2:6: “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” As born again believers, we can walk out boldly on all that God made available for us in Christ. We were made alive, raised up, and seated in the heavenlies together through him. How blessed we should be to be able to live this freely, knowing that our citizenship is in heaven.

The 2025 Youth Advance was a four-day event at the end of the summer for believers ages 12 through 20s. It took place at a camp called New Life Island located on an island in the Delaware River and included meals and overnight housing. The theme verse was Romans 10:17: “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” The topic of the Advance was “Believing”, and what we do or do not believe is of the utmost importance in this life. The goal was for everyone to build believing and God’s Word in their lives. It was a time of fellowshipping, laughing, and believing God’s Word together.

The 2024 Atlanta Fall Advance took place over a weekend, from October 4th through the 6th, at The Inn at Stone Mountain Park in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The focus of the weekend was to take action in speaking God’s Word and manifesting power. The teachings during this weekend reminded us that we as believers are encouraged to speak the Word to ourselves, to those in the family of God, and also to reach out to those who have not yet believed. We have a living, powerful Word to share and we can and should share it boldly with the love of God.

It took place at a camp called New Life Island located on an island in the Delaware River and included meals and overnight housing. The focus was on 2 Corinthians 5:20: “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” As believers, we are ambassadors for Christ, whether we feel like it or not, whether we act like it or not. We are what the Word of God says we are, so stand up and act like an ambassador. Nine different believers shared God’s Word including younger believers.
